This page is provided by Village Circle Club to share information with Ranchero Village residents and is not intended for any other purpose.
Village Circle Club (VCC) is the resident led organization that schedules, organizes, and operates all of the entertainment and educational activities at Ranchero Village Senior Community in Weslaco, TX.
All residents, including RVers, renters, and owners are invited to participate in the fun! Many activities are free, but meals, dances, and shows often have a fee to attend. There is no paid staff, so the group depends entirely on volunteers to make it all happen.
The group is incorporated as a non-profit and all monies raised are used to fund and operate the activities provided for the park residents.

Activity & Events Calendar
This ONLINE Google calendar can be opened and viewed to get the most current and detailed information available. You can not change the information shown, but it can be bookmarked, subscribed to, and used to send email reminders and notifications.
VCC Facebook Page
The official VCC Facebook page is monitored and restricted to residents of Ranchero Village. Details and reminders for many of the events and activities taking place at Ranchero Village will be posted here. It's a great resource for current information.
The site also includes images taken at events, suggestions for contractors and other vendors, water or electrical outage notices, and items for sale by residents. Political items, hateful speech, complaints, or personal attacks are not welcomed.
How to get added to the calendar
and reserve facilities for resident use
If you'd like to host or lead an event or set up a presentation for Ranchero Village residents:
Start by contacting the Calendar Administrator and sharing what you have in mind. It's as simple as that!
In general, events or activities are limited to residents only. For requirements and permission to allow non-residents to participate, contact the Activities Coordinator.
A limited amount of time is available for residents to use park facilities for "private" events such as memorials and birthday parties. The Calendar Administrator can help get this set up as well.

To make it all happen, Board Appointees serve in a number of important leadership positions.
Under their support, Lead Volunteers organize and lead the many dances, shows, workshops and presentations provided for Ranchero Village residents.
Please feel free to contact these appointees and lead volunteers to learn more about what they offer and how to help them out or join in.
In addition, there is ALWAYS a need for more volunteers to help out with setup, takedown, meal prep and serving, cleanup, and more. Look for clipboards in the Ranchero Diner and PLEASE sign up to help.
